Engenious is growing technology organization seeking an IT expert who will be an integral part of designing and maintaining healthy and sustainable infrastructure. This position is not stuck in status quo, but on the forefront to design, implement, maintain and support services for IT assets, servers, security, cloud services and network infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the deployment and health of IT assets (laptops, computers, servers, etc)
Manage on-premise and cloud-connected network infrastructure
Collaborate with company leaders to identify needs and design then deploy and support IT systems
Monitor and Maintain an ISO-27001 compliant system and processes
Advise product designers on considerations for connected medical devices and other technology systems designed by the organization.
Advocate for healthy security practices and rapid response to threats.
Train employees and contractors

Position Details:
This is a full-time, permanent position. This position works from our Kansas City based office during core business hours. Support for team of 90, on growth trajectory to 100+.

Qualifications:
Proven success in an IT role including experience in the following areas:

- Networking: on-premise and cloud-connected
- Security and Monitoring
- Office 365 Admin/Account Access Management
- Active Directory and Microsoft Operating System Administration
- IoT/Mobile Device Management
- Hardware Management

Nice to have experience:

- ISO-27001
- Virtual Server Management
- SOC 2, SOC 3, or HITRUST
